Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in low-voltage/structured cabling installation or service.
• Proven knowledge of CCTV equipment, including various camera types (IP & analog) and networking components.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, Wi-Fi).
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in troubleshooting PC hardware and software.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and execute work plans.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Enjoys hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective decision-making abilities.
• Excellent time management, planning, and proactive thinking skills.
• Ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve service tickets quickly and professionally at client sites.
• Install, configure, and service CCTV cameras, DVRs, network switches, and wireless radios.
• Execute low-voltage cabling tasks, including running and pulling cables.
• Verify complete system functionality by testing equipment and connections.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and coordinate with in-house teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance while performing site work.
