Job summary

Fleetworthy is seeking a field technician to install and maintain ITS and CCTV systems across customer sites. You will travel frequently by air and car, performing installations, maintenance, and upgrades, while working remotely from a home office when not on the road.

You’ll join a team that values safety, reliability, and proactive problem solving, with schedules designed to support life outside of work and a five-day work week where possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing, repairing, and maintaining ITS/CCTV/traffic control systems.
• Specialized training in electronics, networking, and CCTV maintenance or alarm installs.
• Ability to read schematics, color codes, and construction drawings, work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain ITS devices across locations including CCTV and traffic systems.
• Verify operation, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot faults, diagnose issues, and repair equipment.
• Lead field testing of camera/ITS equipment and assist with new tech.
• Communicate with customers and contractors; document work accurately.
