Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate status and ability to follow DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, bending, and crawling.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage equipment at customer accounts.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine best repair or replacement solutions.
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product, water and gas, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Prioritize and schedule service calls to meet customer service windows.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and maintain parts inventory on the service truck.
