Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain beverage equipment at customer locations in Massillon, OH. The role requires CDL and EPA 608 certification, with strong English communication and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CDL license is required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
• Refrigeration certification Type I/Type II (as applicable).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage equipment at customer accounts.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine best repair or replacement solution.
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product, water and gas supply, and ensuring proper drainage; adjust mixture.
• Prioritize and schedule service and preventative maintenance calls to meet customer service windows.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep, document each service call, and maintain parts inventory on the service truck.
