Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field service technician to install, inspect, and repair beverage equipment at customer sites in Las Vegas. You will perform maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage systems, ensuring proper operation and safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, scheduling service windows, and educating customers while maintaining parts inventory and accurate documentation for each visit.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• EPA 608 certification required; refrigerant handling knowledge.
• Valid DOT regulations awareness and D10K status per location.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice and frozen beverage equipment at customer accounts.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine best repair or replacement solution.
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product and water/gas supply, and calibrating mixtures.
• Prioritize and schedule service calls to meet customer service windows.
• Educate customers, document service calls, and manage parts inventory on the service truck.
