Job summary

Mountain West Windows & Doors is seeking an Service Technician Apprentice in Sandy, UT to learn from seasoned technicians. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Marvin products in the field, replacing glass and installing components while providing customer care and guidance on maintenance.

Expect to complete service paperwork, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain the service van. A valid driver’s license and safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma, or GED, and dependable work history.
• Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is required.
• Prior experience with power tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service jobs in the field diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Marvin products.
• Replace glass and install components such as shades, muntins, screens.
• Provide customers with maintenance tips and product care information.
• Generate and update service paperwork and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Load service van daily and maintain vehicle; meet safety requirements.
