Job summary

Ready Window Sales and Service in Miami-Dade is seeking a motivated, entry-level Window & Door Service Technician Apprentice. No prior window or door experience is required, and we will train you to become a skilled technician.

You will work with experienced technicians on service calls, diagnose common issues, assist with adjustments, repairs, replacements and installations, and learn to use hand and power tools safely. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Physically able to perform the duties of the position.

• Experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on trades is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with window and door service calls
• Learn how to diagnose and repair common window and door issues
• Help with adjustments, repairs, replacements, and installations

• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Learn the trade and gradually take on more responsibility
