Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and perform field repairs, install windows and doors, and uphold exceptional service levels while working with our Windows Sales division.

This role requires physical work, driving a provided service van, and occasional overnight travel; CDL is a plus. We offer training, internal career growth, health benefits, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
• CDL/Class A license is a plus; must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels.
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders.
• Perform AAMA-certified window and door installations.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Company will provide a service van, tools, and training.
• Meet or exceed customer's expectations.
• Overnight travel may be required.
