Job summary

TGI Office Automation is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our North Jersey team. This on-site role services copiers, printers, and fax machines, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in a fast-paced field environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years copier/mechanical experience, basic Windows/Mac know-how, and a valid driver's license. You will travel, install, troubleshoot, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• 2 years copier/mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Windows/Mac) and network awareness.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites within North Jersey to repair and maintain equipment.
• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, break/fix, and installations.
• Provide quality service calls on each serviced unit and manage customer expectations.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
