Overview

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Tice FL / Tampa, FL / Panama City, FL (Travelling to client’s location)

Duration: 3+ months (Contract to Hire)

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

Strong hardware break-fix experience.
Maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Travel to each client location.
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktop, laptop, server, and printer equipment.
Reliable transportation (driving position - reimbursed accordingly).
Interact with a wide range of users and environments in a professional manner.
