Job summary

Scott is seeking a field service technician to operate a mobile service vehicle, travel to customer sites, and diagnose and repair construction equipment.

You will perform in-field diagnostics, disassembly, and reconditioning per technical manuals, ensuring quality and efficiency while occasionally working overtime or weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical skills; Diesel and hydraulic systems experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license as outlined in company policy manual.
• Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• This role operates a mobile service vehicle and travels to customer locations to perform in-field diagnostics and repair of construction equipment.
• Repairs include component removal, disassembly and reconditioning following prescribed technical manuals.
• It is required to deliver quality work efficiently and may require overtime and weekend work.

Job Description:

This individual will operate a mobile service vehicle and travel to customer locations to perform in field diagnostics and repair of construction equipment as required. These repairs will consist of, but are not limited to, complete component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning, following prescribed technical manual procedures. This individual must be able to perform quality work as efficiently and profitably as possible, work overtime and weekends on occasion.
