Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a broad range of heavy equipment in our shop and at customer sites. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, travel to jobsites, and ensure safe, high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on experience with equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or with a team while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; related experience may be considered as substitute.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or equipment rental.
• Two or more years of hands-on equipment/engine experience, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with strong customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on rental and customer heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on-site or in the shop.
• Travel to customer jobsites to provide repair and maintenance services.
• Interact professionally with customers and all levels of personnel.
• Promote positive customer experience.
