Job summary

AllSTEM Connections is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support technology installations and troubleshooting at construction job sites. You will set up desktops, laptops, printers, phones, cameras and networking gear, configure routers, switches and Wi‑Fi, install cellular and satellite solutions, and troubleshoot issues onsite and remotely.

You must be willing to travel nationally, have a valid driver’s license with a clean 5‑year record, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs on

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Field Service.
• Hands-on network and workstation setup experience.
• Cellular/satellite/internet setup experience.
• Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in construction-site environments.
