  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in a variety of field conditions.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, climb, bend, kneel, and perform the physical requirements associated with field service work.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who likes fixing things and enjoys working with people. Our technicians are often the face of Watermark / SOS when working at a customer's facility, so professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to communicate are essential.

Experience in wastewater is valuable, but we are also interested in candidates with strong mechanical, electrical, industrial, agricultural, HVAC, plumbing, or equipment‑service backgrounds who are willing to learn the wastewater industry.
