Field Service Technicians are the front line of Watertech’s mission—helping industries run smarter, safer, and more sustainably. In this role, you’ll spend your days in the field visiting customer sites across healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing, and more. You’ll test water systems, troubleshoot equipment, and make adjustments to keep everything operating at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field—not stuck behind a desk. Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Visiting industrial and commercial facilities to monitor and optimize water systems
  • Running water tests, troubleshooting equipment, and applying innovative solutions
  • Using new technology and automation tools to track performance and deliver results
  • Partnering with plant operators, engineers, and managers to keep systems running efficiently
  • Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem‑solving
