Watermark / SOS is seeking a dependable, hands-on Service Technician to support customers by servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining wastewater treatment equipment at customer sites.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in the field, with travel to customer locations and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in wastewater or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Able to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and related systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls at customer locations.
• Identify issues and determine appropriate repairs for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other components.
• Install, replace, and adjust pumps, motors, controls, valves, piping, and other wastewater components.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, repairs, and system operation.
