Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and repair roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior systems on residential and commercial properties.

This full-time, year-round role is field-based, requires hands-on experience, climbing ladders and roofs, and delivering quality workmanship for customers.

We provide a company truck, ladders and basic tools; pay is $22–$25 per hour with weekly pay, plus healthcare benefits and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction or hands-on field experience.
• Experience with roofing, siding and gutters.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues.
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs.
• Working with and repairing gutter systems.
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work.
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed.
• Handling and transporting materials.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job-and it isn't an entry-level construction position.

We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

What You Bring to the Team

You will be a strong fit if you have hands-on experience in:

• Roofing
• Siding

• Basic carpentry

• Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying environments

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
