Job summary

Aspen Contracting in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned Field Service Technician to service roofing, siding, and gutters on residential and small commercial properties. This full-time, year-round role includes use of a company truck and ladders, with on-site field work and independent problem-solving.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and represent Aspen professionally with customers. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) eligibility, and weekly pay; 45 hours per week expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction, maintenance, or similar hands-on work.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or GED).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roofing, siding, and gutter issues.
• Perform exterior carpentry and general repairs.
• Identify and fix exterior installation and maintenance problems.
• Transport materials and use company-provided truck and ladders.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

Put Your Skills to Work

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
• Working with and repairing gutter systems
