Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service exterior projects in Akron, OH. You’ll work in the field with a company truck, ladders, and basic tools provided, performing repairs and maintenance on roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to work independently, climb ladders, and deliver high-quality workmanship for residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on construction experience.
• Experience with roofing, siding and gutters is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common roofing issues.
• Address siding and exterior repair needs.
• Repair gutter systems as needed.
• Perform basic carpentry and general repair work.
• Climb ladders and access roofs safely.
• Handle and transport materials to job sites.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

Put Your Skills to Work

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs

• 1 Identifying installation or maintenance issues
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
