Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform hands-on exterior construction tasks, including roofing, siding, and gutter work. You will work in the field with a company truck and ladders provided, tackling repairs and installations across residential and commercial properties.

This full-time, year-round role requires the ability to work independently in varying weather, climb ladders, and represent the company professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on construction, maintenance, or related field.
• Experience with roofing, siding, gutters and exterior components preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders, work on roofs, and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roofing issues.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

Put Your Skills to Work

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
• Working with and repairing gutter systems
• 1 Identifying installation or maintenance issues
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
• Handling and transporting materials
• Following safety guidelines and established installation procedures
• Helping ensure every customer is satisfied with the finished project

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent
