Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician with hands-on exterior construction experience to service residential and commercial properties in the Cincinnati area.

You will diagnose and repair roofing, siding, and gutter issues, perform basic carpentry, and work independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs while upholding a professional image with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on construction, maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience with roofing, siding, and gutters is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common roofing, siding, and gutter issues.
• Perform exterior repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Climb ladders and access roofs as needed while maintaining safety.
• Transport materials and use company-provided equipment.
• Represent Aspen professionally to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow established installation procedures and safety guidelines.

Put Your Exterior Construction Experience to Work — We'll Provide the Truck, Tools & Equipment.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

Location: 112 Akron OH

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour

Put Your Skills to Work

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
• Working with and repairing gutter systems
• 1 Identifying installation or maintenance issues
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
• Handling and transporting materials
• Following safety guidelines and established installation procedures
• Helping ensure every customer is satisfied with the finished project

What You Bring to the Team

You will be a strong fit if you have hands-on experience in:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Gutters
• Exterior construction or home repair
• Basic carpentry
• Construction maintenance and repairs

You should also:

• Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying environments

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
