Job summary

Aspen Contracting in Akron, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our exterior construction team. This full-time, year-round role includes a company truck, ladders, and basic tools, with pay of $22–$25 per hour.

You will diagnose and repair roofing, siding, and gutter systems on residential and commercial properties, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather. Applicants should have at least 1 year of hands-on construction experience and a valid driver’s license; strong

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field.
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters; valid driver's license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry-level construction position. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.
