Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Service Technician for InnoServ to install, perform preventative maintenance, and optimize performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a diverse client base in Northwest Houston.

You will service the Northwest Houston area, travel within the territory, and work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage and on-call duties. A valid driver''s license and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or equipment repair experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude including electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventative maintenance and measure performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensing machines.
• Provide service across Northwest Houston and surrounding areas within the territory.

Position Summary

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

• The selected candidate will service Northwest Houston and surrounding areas. Thee ideal candidate resides within the service territory***

When You Will Work

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. This includes a weekend rotation and on call evenings.
• Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score)
• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes. Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
