Job summary

Gordon Food Service seeks a Service Technician for InnoServ to install, maintain and optimize performance of beverage and dishwashing equipment for customers across healthcare, education and hospitality sectors.

The role offers a starting annual pay of $52,748 with incentives and option to earn more based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and a company van for field use.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or equipment repair experience, or equivalent education/training.
• Must pass drug screen, MVR, and background check.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair coffee, juice, dishwashers and chemical dispensing machines.
• Serve a diverse range of customers including national accounts, healthcare and education.
• Provide exceptional customer service with on-call and weekend availability.

Position Summary

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

Pay

Starting at $52,748/year ($25.36/hour) + incentives, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience and qualifications.

• Weekend rotation/on call incentives
• Quarterly incentive based on performance (up to $500 a quarter)

When You Will Work

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. This includes a weekend rotation and on call evenings.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score)
• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes. Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
