Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Service Technician for InnoServ to install, maintain and repair coffee, juice and dishwashing machines, plus chemical-dispensing equipment for diverse customers.

Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance and performance measurement, with weekend rotation and on-call evenings. Must have a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventative maintenance and service of coffee, juice, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines.
• Provide exceptional customer service at customer sites and coordinate with accounts.
• Operate with a company van and adhere to safety and maintenance protocols.

Position Summary:

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

Pay:

Starting at $52,748/year ($25.36/hour) + incentives, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience and qualifications.

Weekend rotation/on call incentives Quarterly incentive based on performance (up to $500 a quarter) Some OT opportunities

When you will work:

Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. This includes a weekend rotation and on call evenings.

What you\'ll bring to the table:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver\'s license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score)
• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
