Required Experience

• Act as a liaison and company representative with customers.
• Commission test equipment in test cells, including wiring, setup, and troubleshooting test and measurement systems.
• Integrate auxiliary equipment into test systems.
• Set up monitoring and control of relevant safeties.
• Obtain customer sign-off. Prepare field service reports with sufficient detail for customer invoicing, warranty charges, labor, materials, and policy.
• Provide technical support, parts, and research for technical questions, as well as assistance with requests for quotations.
• Present training sessions.
• Travel required: 30%.

Responsibilities

Must have more than 3 years of relevant experience and be authorized to work in the United States.

Required Skills

• Understanding of electrical processes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Perform quality wiring and electrical setup.
• Basic PLC and Motor Controller experience.
• Understanding of instrumentation and electrical practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with PC operation, MS Windows, and related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Previous industrial experience is an advantage.
• Ability to obtain a passport.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
