What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
• Use troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
• Deliver top‑notch service to customers by communicating clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process.
• Prioritize safety at all times and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Stay up to date with evolving technology, taking advantage of company and manufacturer‑sponsored training to adapt to changes and learn new skills.
• Keep your field truck tidy and organized by maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

What You Will Need

• Experience in diesel mechanics preferred; mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
• Effective communication abilities: clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
