Job summary

Power Motive Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy construction and mining equipment on customer sites and mining locations. You will operate from a service truck and ensure maximum machine uptime while upholding safety standards and customer relationships.

The role involves on-site visits, extensive travel (50–100%), and promoting parts and service sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of heavy equipment mechanical experience.
• CDL B license preferred.
• Medical card or ability to obtain one on hire date.
• Heavy Equipment Dealer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician for Power Motive Corporation, you will have a critical role in our Service Department's overall success. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the on-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our heavy construction and mining equipment. Operating from a service truck, this role delivers critical technical repair support to our team and customers directly on the job sites and mining locations.
