Power Motive Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate field service operations, schedule technicians, manage work orders, and communicate with customers from initial request through completion.

You will monitor repairs, ensure safety and compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency. A background in heavy equipment service operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Heavy Equipment Service Operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for field service requests and customer communications.
• Create, maintain, and close work orders accurately.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill, availability, and priority.
• Research machine history, warranty status, and telematics data.
• Coordinate parts availability, repair progress, and customer updates.
• Monitor active repairs through completion and maintain documentation.
• Promote safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

As a Field Service Dispatcher for Power Motive Corporation, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our Heavy Equipment Service Department.
