Mersino Dewatering Incorporated in White Marsh, MD, is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair diesel pumps and related equipment. You will work on-site at customer locations, perform repairs, document service activities, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, and the ability to travel for jobs and respond to emergencies during non-business hours.

Job Summary:Primary responsibility of the Field Service Technician is to maintain, service and repair the company’s mechanical equipment including pumps, generators and related equipment. The Field Service Technician will serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.What we offer our Field Service Technicians:Weekly payBoot reimbursement (up to $150) and apparel credit (up to $100)Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matchTuition reimbursement (up to $5,250)Advancement opportunities and continuous skill buildingAnnual merit increasesTypical Duties and Responsibilities:Service, repair and maintain the company’s diesel pumps, fleet and mechanical equipmentPerform repairs and maintenance on company equipment at job sites as requiredPerform quality checks on repaired equipmentMaintain complete and accurate service records on all equipment servicedTune up wellpoint systems as requiredComplete required documentation of all repairs and service as per company procedureMaintain workspaces and promote shop safety by cleaning work areas and removing hazardous materialsAdhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent experience requiredExperience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing large equipment preferredAppropriate repair certifications desiredAbility to obtain a valid DOT Medical CardValid CDL-A License preferredThis job has specific DOT requirements.
