Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Field Service professional to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and customer relations for a variety of foodservice equipment. You will install and maintain coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensing systems for national accounts, healthcare, colleges and hospitality clients.

Work Monday–Friday, 7AM–6PM with overtime as needed; the role includes on-the-job training, a company van, tools and a supportive,

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years' customer service or equipment repair or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude – electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes; interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state's driver''s license required.
• Clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass drug screen, MVR and background checks (no credit check).

What you will do:

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When you will work:

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

Position requirements:

• Experience: 2 years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes. Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.

• Valid state\'s driver's license required.

• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check - we do not check your credit score)
