Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Service Technician to install and maintain coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing equipment for a wide range of customers including healthcare and hospitality.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, responsive repairs, and building strong customer relationships while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Training and tools are provided, with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance, and service coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing equipment for a variety of customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

What you will do:

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When you will work:

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

Position requirements:

• Experience: 2 years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes. Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check - we do not check your credit score)
