Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician in Charlotte, NC to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, especially self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

Ideal candidates are prepared for travel, rotating shifts, lifting up to 75 lbs, and occasional holiday work; you will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

Local candidate to specific geographic area.
Authorized to work in the US.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and NCR fleet compliant driving record.
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to travel and drive several hours per day.
Rotating and weekend shifts.
Flexible shift work with various start times including holidays.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unaided and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to bend, squat, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects.
Willingness to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments.
