CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel between CVS Pharmacy locations, delivering on-site technical support for POS, pharmacy systems, and store technology. You will perform preventive maintenance, install new hardware, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues.

Applicants should have 1+ years of hardware troubleshooting experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Formación

• 1+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations within Lancaster/Reading PA (must reside within the service area).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support.
• Support POS, pharmacy systems, photo kiosks, and inventory management systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and replacements.
• Install and configure POS terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex on-site issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain service records and documentation of installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with help desk, network engineers, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to store colleagues while troubleshooting equipment.
• Manage IT parts inventory and ordering; participate in on-call rotations.
