Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for perimeter security systems across customer sites. The role requires overnight travel within a 150–250 mile radius and a commitment to serve clients nationwide.

Compensation includes base pay plus overtime, with approximate yearly earnings of $70,000–$90,000 and hourly ranges of $30.00–$33.00, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems (access control systems and/or fire alarms a plus).
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance is preferred.
• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist install department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Prioritize daily service calls and route to ensure timely completion.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service and support.
• Support fellow technicians and share knowledge.
