Job summary

Duravant is seeking a Field Service Technician for FMH Conveyors to support Lifecycle Services. You will travel to customer sites to install, commission, maintain, and repair equipment, while aiding client training and upgrades.

The role requires a technical degree and at least 3 years of field service experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems. A US passport is needed for travel, with a strong customer-focus and safety mindset.

Qualifications

AAS or BS in Mechatronics, EE, EET, EECS, or Industrial Electronics preferred.
3 years of field service experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems.
AB CompactLogix PLC and RSLogix experience including minor modifications.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, start-up, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs at customer sites.
Carry out mechanical and electrical modifications including PLC and servo drive setups.
Lead site meetings with customers to explain scope and train staff.
Meet service delivery goals: response time, first-time fix, satisfaction.
Ensure proper paperwork, timesheets, CRM entries, and expenses.
Provide reliability feedback to quality engineering for improvements.
