Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform service activities at service centers and on-site locations, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure a safe work environment while interfacing with customers as needed.

The role requires hands-on technical work, the ability to work independently or with a team, and travel to customer sites up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work.
• Capable of obtaining a CDL (Class A or B) with applicable endorsements – preferred, not required.

• Travel to customer or job sites as needed (up to 20%).
