Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience servicing automatic gates and access systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Experience with gate operators and access control devices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automatic gates and entry systems.
• Troubleshoot gate operators, motors, gears, and control boards.
• Diagnose electrical/low-voltage system failures.
• Repair/replace operator components and hardware.
• Test readers, keypads, entry systems, and sensors.
• Conduct system upgrades and equipment replacements.
• Use multimeters/diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Document service calls and complete work orders.
