Job summary

Automated Gate Services Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of gate and door systems for residential and commercial customers.

You will diagnose issues, confirm repair scope and warranty, perform welding, wiring and programming, manage inventory, and coordinate with support teams to order parts. Frequent travel to customer locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in gate operators or low-voltage systems.
• Associates degree or vocational program in electro-mechanical systems preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance on gate/door systems.
• Diagnose issues, obtain authorization to repair, and confirm scope and warranty resolution before work.
• Perform welding, wiring, and programming as required; ensure safety and cleanliness at sites.
