Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience servicing automatic gates and access control.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with door/gate operator equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automatic gates, operators, and access systems.
• Troubleshoot gate operators, motors, gearboxes, control boards, and mechanical components.
• Diagnose electrical and low-voltage system failures.
• Repair and replace gate operator components and associated hardware.
• Troubleshoot access control devices such as readers, keypads, and entry systems.
• Diagnose vehicle detection loops and safety sensors.
• Perform system upgrades and equipment replacements.
• Read wiring diagrams and manufacturer manuals to locate faults.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly.
