FESCO in Nashville, TN is seeking a Tech Support Supervisor to lead daily service operations for refrigeration and cooking equipment. This on-site role coordinates dispatch, mentors technicians, and ensures timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance while maintaining compliant practices.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on field-service leadership with strong communication and organizational skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Seven to ten years of direct technical field-service experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic IT tools.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day service execution for cooling and cooking equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, review ETA and prioritize work orders.
• Provide technical backup to technicians via phone or in-person.
• Mentor and develop Field Service Technicians, set goals and review performance.
• Review quotes and assist with billing documentation and customer updates.
