Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Technicians, Equipment Delivery team and Shop Technician.
• Ensure reliable operation, maintenance and service of vending and fountain equipment.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of reports and documentation.
• Provide employees with training, coaching and ongoing skills development.
• Perform additional service-related and administrative duties as assigned.
