Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Service Technician to install, inspect, and maintain equipment for our clients in the Florida area. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and document service reports while ensuring safety standards are met.

You will train customers on operation and upkeep, collaborate with engineering and support teams, and travel or work on-site as required. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in technical service are preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
  • 1–3 years in technical service, maintenance, or repair.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high‑quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and maintain equipment according to specifications and safety standards
  • Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions in a timely manner

  • Document service reports, including repairs made and parts used

The Ideal Candidate
