Job summary

Brame Specialty Company is seeking a Machine Repair and Commercial Laundry Technician to join our field service team. In this hands-on role you will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial floor care machines and laundry dispensing systems at customer sites, with a company van provided and the flexibility to start from home.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, weekends off, and starting pay of $21–$22 per hour, depending on experience, with room for growth as you build hands-on

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with REAL ID and a safe driving record.
• Experience servicing commercial floor care or laundry equipment preferred.
• Strong electro mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment repair, or electro mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read schematic drawings and service information is a plus.
• Proactive, customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial floor care machines and related equipment in the field.
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry chemical dispensing systems, pumps, controllers, tubing, and related components.
• Install replacement parts and complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Use schematic drawings and service information to identify problems and determine the best repair solution.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment status, repair recommendations, and next steps.
• Accurately document service activity, including labor, parts, materials, mileage, fuel purchases, and daily work completed.
