Job summary

i2Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician 3 for Morris, CT. This role combines hands-on field installation, project coordination, and customer-facing support to drive successful installations.

The position requires regular travel (60%), hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering, production, and sales teams. You will assist with documentation, training, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Field installation and deployment support for i2Systems products
• Participation in preconstruction meetings and project coordination activities
• Post-construction support, troubleshooting, and customer follow-through
• Commissioning and startup support for i2Systems lighting and control systems
• Coordination with engineering, production, and customer teams during project execution
• Technical support assistance for fielded systems and customer issues
• Training and technical support for i2Systems sales representatives and partners
• Assistance with internal project management coordination and technical documentation
• Travel regularly to project and customer sites as required
