MITER Brands is seeking Field Service Technician II/III to service the Denver metro area from Brighton, CO. You will perform warranty and non-warranty repairs in customers' homes, traveling across the territory to diagnose issues and communicate findings professionally.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, construction knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 40 feet. A valid driver's license with a clean MVR is essential.

Qualifications

• As a Field Service Technician, you will perform warranty and non-warranty repairs in customers' homes throughout your assigned service territory.
• Travel throughout the Denver metro area to support customers with window and door service needs.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to determine repair actions and warranty eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repairs and adjust components, replace parts, and conduct water testing.
• Document all work accurately and thoroughly in the service system.
• Manage service appointments and coordinate required parts with internal teams.
• Provide outstanding customer service and explain repair findings clearly.
• Maintain safety and operate company vehicles according to policies.
