Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Service Technician to work with our Window Sales division in Colorado. The role involves diagnosing and repairing windows and doors, often requiring lifting, climbing ladders, and driving a service van provided by the company.

We offer a $1,500 hiring bonus, an hourly wage of $29–$32, paid vacation and 10 holidays, and a comprehensive health plan with retirement contributions and life insurance. Candidates should live in the Denver area and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Experience in window/door service preferred
• CDL/Class A license is a plus, must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• We seek reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required
• All applicants must be at least age 18

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders
• Perform AAMA‑certified window and door installations
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Company will provide a service van, tools, and training
• Meet or exceed customer’s expectations
• Overnight travel may be required
