Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; IT/technical training is a plus.
- Experience with electronics or field service preferred; casino/gaming tech background is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license; ability to drive long distances and stay overnight as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and reconfigure Bluberi gaming equipment in the field.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to working order; replace FRU components.
- Manage parts and supplies; perform paperwork (time sheets, reports, orders).
- Travel to customer sites; communicate tirelessly with dispatch and customers.
