You will diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues while offering proactive, customer-focused support. The position requires 1+ years of related experience, US work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• One year of related field service experience or equivalent training.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
• Proficient with PC skills and basic electronics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems within assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues and communicate resolutions professionally.
