Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for Memphis, TN. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory.

We provide training, career growth, and a collaborative environment. The role expects strong mechanical aptitude, basic electronics, and customer-focused communication. Local travel and physical lifting are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Local candidate for the specific geography.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including traveling, rotating shifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems within territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues and respond proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, solution-focused manner.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs.
• Comply with company policies including health and safety standards and timekeeping.
